Care and Use:
Please be careful to avoid temperature shock (like any other ceramic or glass dish). For example, its is not safe to take a hot dish out of the oven and put it directly onto a cold surface or into cold water or fridge. Gradual temperature change is best.
This baker is great for LOTS OF THINGS! You can use it with or with out the lid. Great for baking bread!
